Deliciously spreadable Oreo Cookie Butter made with ONLY 2 ingredients!
Yeah, you read that recipe title correctly. I have a recipe for a spreadable version of Oreos for you. Could life seriously get any tastier? Well, probably. BUT the point is that this is an Oreo recipe sent from the heavens. And that it’s totally something that everyone needs in their lives!
And all this recipe takes to make are Oreos and coconut oil. Just two ingredients – totally easy! It’ll just take a while in the food processor to get this spread as smooth as possible. The longer you can stand the food processor running, the better the cookie butter! That’s a fair deal I’d say
You can spread this on graham crackers, or pretty much anything! The options are endless, and oh-so tasty!
- 1 package Oreo Cookies
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, solid
- Add the full package of Oreos and the coconut oil in a food processor. On high speed, let run for 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides, and let it run for another 3-5 minutes, or until the mixture is very smooth.
- As the mixture cools down, it will solidify, but still be spreadable. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Heat in a microwavable bowl in ten second increments if you’d like a more liquidy, warm treat. Enjoy!
